Returns and Reorders

We all know how easy it is to get a bathing suit that does not fit properly or look the way we would like. One of the best reasons for shopping online is the benefit of trying suits on in the privacy of your home. We encourage you to try several styles to determine what works best for you. At Amoressa, returns and reorders are hassle free.


  • For a full refund on your credit card (minus shipping and handling costs and if applicable, custom fees), your return must be postmarked within 30 business days after you receive your order.
  • All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition with tags and panty liners in place. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than as received condition, they will be returned to the customer.
  • Returns are simple. Continental USA and Canada use the UPS label in your package. UPS return labels are not available for international orders from countries other than Canada. Note the Return Tracking #. The tracking number will allow you to track your return package at
  • Shipping/handling charges and if applicable, custom fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Merchandise received after 90 days of ship date will not be accepted for credit, reorder or refund. The items will be returned to sender.
  • Items purchased anywhere other than Amoressa will be returned to the customer.
  • Please include a copy of your Packing List and state the reason for return.
  • You choose the return shipping method - for your security; we recommend you insure your package.
  • Drop it off at any UPS drop box. Click here to locate a UPS drop box or give the package to any UPS driver.
  • NO UPS Pickups will be provided for return packages; the customer must drop off the package.

Return Instructions for Canadian Customers

Please follow these guidelines when returning or exchanging your Amoressa purchase at

  • Place return shipping label on outside of package.
  • Note the styles you are returning on the blue invoice enclosed in your order. Cross out any styles that you are keeping.
  • To ensure that your return is expedited through the postal system, you must secure the invoice to the outside of the package. It must be readily identifiable to postal and customs agents.
  • Drop the package at any authorized UPS outlet or drop box for return to the US.
  • You will be notified by email when your reorder or refund is processed and shipped.


  • As soon as we process your returned merchandise, the credit card you used to pay for your original order will be credited if you are due a refund. (You'll see the credit in 1-2 billing cycles on your statement.) Please allow 30 business days from when we receive your return for processing.
  • Customers with email addresses on file will receive an email detailing the date the refund was processed and the amount.
  • Shipping/handling charges and if applicable, custom fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.


  • To upgrade to a faster shipping method, please send an email to or contact Customer Service at 1-877-838-7181. You will be charged the difference between the regular ship method and the upgrade option you select.
  • We normally process reorders upon receipt of the returned package. Your credit card will be credited for returned item.
  • In the event that you would like your new item to be sent to you prior to Amoressa's receipt of your returned item, you must place a new order for the new item. Your account will then be credited for the amount of the returned item at the time it is received by Amoressa. Your credit card statement will reflect two transactions; a sale and a return.
