- For a full refund on your credit card (minus shipping costs), your return must be postmarked within 30 business days after you receive your order.
- All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition with tags and panty liners in place. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than as received condition, they will be returned to the customer.
- UPS return labels are not available for international orders from countries other than Canada.
- Merchandise received after 90 days of ship date will not be accepted for credit, reorder or refund. The items will be returned to sender.
- Items purchased anywhere other than Amoressa.com will be returned to the customer.
- As soon as we process your returned merchandise, the credit card you used to pay for your original order will be credited if you are due a refund. (You'll see the credit in 1-2 billing cycles on your statement.) Please allow 2-5 business days from when we receive your return for processing.
- Customers with email addresses on file will receive an email detailing the date the refund was processed and the amount.
